Growing up I always wanted to be an artist, but in seventh grade my art teacher kindly
took me outside the classroom and told me I have a good eye and am creative, but am not good at sketching or painting.
She said I should look into photography. Good call and I did!
My first photography class was in my junior year of high school, and I worked on the yearbook. After graduating high school in 1974, I attended the New York Institute of Photography where I learned the trade. Being in New York, the heartbeat of the world, also really gave me an opportunity to stretch my talents. Unfortunately, my first job out of photography school was working in a car wash, back in my hometown of Stamford, CT. But, following my passion, I also began picking up photography jobs (weddings, model portfolios, portraits). I landed a job working at the passport photo agency. It wasn't quite what I was looking for in the long run, and so looking for a big change, I joined the Navy! After four years of being in the Navy as an aviation structural mechanic, I received an honorable discharge and then dusted off my old portfolio and interviewed in some of the catalog houses in New York City. I was hired by a company called Graphics55 - J.C. Penney was one of their clients - it was a great place to grow up as a photographer. I moved to Pennsylvania in 1988 and married my hometown girlfriend (who I met while working at the passport agency, so it wasn't all bad :)). We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this year. We create images that promote and showcase your company, your products, and your people. I've had the opportunity to work and grow with many great people and clients such as Comcast, Pepsi-Cola, Penn State University, Crozer-Chester Hospital, Harcum College, Jet Magazine, Guitar Magazine, Main Line Models, Philadelphia Horticultural Society, Harrah's Philadelphia, First Keystone Bank, Town Talk, Main Line Today Magazine, City of Hope Philadelphia, The Hickman, and Health Partners, to name a few. I'm a picture guy, not a words guy, so I hope these few words give you a picture of me. I am lucky to be doing what I love doing for so long! KSN Images, Inc. Kevin S. Food Photography We bring our studio to YOU to capture the ambience, excitement, and quality of your restaurant, bar, or catering kitchen. We customize each photo shoot to give you imagery that is as unique and attention-getting as the food you create. Spotlight Fashion Photography serves modeling agencies throughout the tri-state area such as Expressions, Kids R It, Greer Lange, and Reinhard, with photography for modeling portfolios, fashion events, print and online advertisement, as well as instructing and guiding new models in to the industry. Architectural and Real Estate Photography is dedicated to the concept that if you Build it, if you Rent it, if you Manage it, or Sell it, we can photograph it. We photograph all interior and exterior architectural spaces, landscaping and commercial projects, retail stores, offices, restaurants, nightclubs, bars, performing arts centers, recording studios, music venues, art galleries, salons, spas, health clubs, schools, museums, vineards, wineries, etc. And Real Estate Agents and home owners trying to make a stronger impression for your listings or home for sale, we can help your listing stand out from the rest.
